Breeders and Dutch authorities Allerca Lifestyle Pets in question
On 17 January, by Dutch customs three so-called Ashera cats (see "Ashera - Tiger room for 22,000 U.S. dollars) were seized. It is currently being investigated, whether by importing an international agreement that the trade in protected species and their descendants are prohibited violated.
Through the seizure of animals, of whom one at a Dutch couple should be delivered that Allerca Lifestyle Pets 27,000 euros for the Ashera had paid, has raised some dust.
The breeder Chris shirkers of "Cutting Edge Cats" will, in two of the animals, based on images in the Dutch press depicted were his own F1 Savannah cats (a cross product of Serval and house cat) have recognized. This is by Cynthia King, a breeder from Chicago, confirmed. Shirkers had three young F1 Savannah-cat to Martin Stucki of A1 Savannah Cattery in Oklahoma and sold it to him on 11 January sent by plane. Stucki is currently no information about whom he has sold more cats. Only information is that the buyer was not against him as Simon Brodie - the owner of Allerca Lifestle Pets - would have to recognize. Brodie had repeatedly at various breeders trying, even under a false name F1 Savannah cats to buy. Brodie himself is on the allegations has not yet been received. Breeder Chris shirkers is dismayed about the operations that he himself described as deception. He is now DNA samples from the parents of his cats to ensure the animals by Dutch authorities to identify.
F1 Savannah cats are usually at a price of 3,500 - 4,500 euro traded. Moreover claimed Lifestyle Pets, in the Ashera was a "protected compilation of exotic blood lines" in their breeding a "unique genetic monitoring is used for breeding to unify. Should there be services in the Netherlands seized cats indeed F1 Savannah breeder other act, this claim would be simply wrong.
Allerca and Lifestle Pets were earlier in the criticism, as they have no data concerning the allegedly hypo-allergenic Allerca GD cat (see "Allerca Lifstyle Pets - the pet as a fashion item?"), A so-called "peer review" have undergone in the other scientists to assess durability of a skilled work.
Otherwise seems Simon Brodie some problems with its shops to have had. So he has already spent 2.5 years in prison for fraud. In 2006, Brodie Califonian from the Department of Corporations Sold by the franchise licenses for his cats prohibited. Last Allerca has been doing business in California is prohibited, as the firm since 2004 had paid no taxes.

Hello Joerg,
if this is now a "big fraud", I can not tell you ... in case of doubt, you should test to the competent authorities. With the question of course is what authorities here would be responsible. I can only advise you as quickly as possible on a lawyer who is familiar with international trade law and specifically with the trade of animals knowledge.
I hope that the case is shed as quickly as possible!
With Love
